Milan Futuro did not get the result they wanted on their trip to Pro Palazzolo on Sunday. And it's not like they did not play well, either, because they created a lot of chances and should have maybe at least gotten a goal or more. But the match ended 2-0 for Pro Palazzolo after the home side scored two quick goals in the first half. And, being only week two, this result obviously already sent Milan Futuro falling down the table in Group B.

After winning their 4-3 thriller to Caldiero Terme last week, this one started out well enough for Navarro's men. But Castiello was shown a yellow card in just the 10th minute, and lightning struck in the 17th minute when Nespoli scored for the home side. 1-0 Pro Palazzolo. Lightning struck twice when just over five minutes later, Persano scored a second one. 2-0 Palazzolo. The home side nearly struck again with a 1v1 with Pitarella a few minutes later, but luckily the shot hit the post. Futuro's Captain Ossola created a great chance less than 10 minutes later, but his effort went just over.

Despite the 2-0 deficit, Milan Futuro came back in the second half with resolve. In the 49th minute, Pandolfi replaced Vladimirov. While Pro Palazzolo had a the first decent chance, a shot that went wide, Futuro did not wilt. In the 55th, Navarro sent Asanji on for Borsani and Malick Cissè on for Piermarini. Asanji had a couple of great chances right away, but they were both just off target.

| Captain Ossola once again created a number of chances. |
Bonomi replaced Luca Menon in the 67th minute, then Zukić replaced Federuco Colombo in the 74th minute. Pandolfi was shown a yellow card in the 80th minute, while Milan Futuro continued to fight for a goal. Captain Ossola's shot narrowly missed, then he forced the Pro Palazzolo goalkeeper into a good save. They were creating chances, and Pandolfi's missed shot in stoppage time was their last chance for redemption.

Milan Futuro were shut out by the home side, a 2-0 loss that followed back-to-back wins in both the league and the Premier League International Cup. Brief highlights of the Pro Palazzolo match are available, or you can also watch the full match replay. Hopefully, Futuro are able to pick themselves back up, as they have a midweek match this week when they host Brusaporto, and they can get back to the top four of their group.
