We are still in holding mode. Sino Europe Sports couldn’t get ketchup out of a bottle, much less money out of China. And ketchup can be tricky. While we await yet another deposit but still no sale, let’s take today and compare and contrast this deal with other things that are difficult.

With the ICC Tournament in China at the end of July, one would think that Sino Europe would want the deal done and maybe some transfers made in time for the club to visit their own country. Or maybe this was the plan all along… to string out the payments until Milan could get to the tournament and they could use the money to finish buying the club? Anything’s possible. Except closing the deal, of course.
