Any time there is an international break during the season, it is painful without Serie A. But this new super break, designed to make fewer breaks during the season, felt like an eternity. I mean, sure, there was a lot of drama if you have interest in Manchester City or the 115 charges against them, or if you are, for some god forsaken reason, a Cristiano Ronaldo fan. For those of us who don't care, I can only guess that much popcorn was procured and eaten. But now that Milan and Serie A are coming back, it feels right to end the long break with a short wrap-up.
